Geek Squad expertly installed my tv in record time. My tv was bought used and we learned it was missing mounting parts - Geek Squad came prepared!

Very professional man installed the mounting bracket. Gave me full review of it. He then mounted the TV and showed me how to slide it to position I would want. He showed how to dismantle the TV if necessary. He Hide all wires in wall and cleaned up all sheet rock mess. He proceeded to install Blue Ray, and sound bar and Woofer. Once everything was completed he reviewed all set up. Before he left, He had packaged up all the boxes and when he left. There was a beautiful TV, Blue Ray, and Sound system and not one speck of trash left. Very professional and polite man

Your agent, David, came to my house, mask and booties included to install and set up my 55"Sony TV. David was very Professional and helpful in listening to my needs as far as station set up. He removed the existing TV and asked where it was to go. I told him that I would take it upstairs when he had finished with it. He immediately asked me to show him where to and picked up the old TV and carried it upstairs for me. What a gentleman! I am a long standing Geek Squad member and will continue to be so.
