One installed realized some parts were missing from the mount. This technician then contacted his team member who was on route to grab the parts. A true sense of doing a job right and caring enough to look ahead. The other aspect that stood out was afterwards. Both technicians were eager to show me what my TV can do for me. They emphases questions from me, instructed me on care with the devise.
