Austin & Javon mounted my TV quickly and walked me through the set up process

Kiwi delivered our TVs and installed them both on the wall and stand. He was ablt to connect them both to the cable and internet. He also showed us some of the features. He is friendly and knowledgable

I purchased a Hisense 65 inch tv. There was a defect of the first Hisense tv which was turning off every 30minutes to 2 hours or so. I was however incredibly pleased with the image quality of the tv. Best Buy replaced the tv with another of the same model and it is working flawlessly. For the price of $419.00 I doubt you can find a better 65 inch tv and the image quality compares to tv's selling for twice the price.

Had a 75in pulldown mount put above my fireplace and the crew did an excellent job. This mount is super slick and convenient.

The Geek Squad does a wonderful job mounting TVs and completing setups. I use them for all of our corporate offices and have not been disappointed yet.

The agents mounted my television and connected my devices, it looks really good, however, because of where my reciever was placed behind the tv, we were told to aim the remote at the ceiling, instead of it working properly we spent nearly everyday for two weeks either rebooting the system, calling our provider or not being able to watch the tv..I finally took the receiver down and placed it on a table, it worked fine, so my husband placed it in a lower area behind the tv, it works fine. I know it is not their fault but it was frustrating to spend the extra money to have the television mounted where I wanted it and then because of a simple error, I was not able to enjoy it immediately.

One of the better purchases I have invested in, the TV quality is truly amazing. The blues are blue and the greens and blacks are of exceptional quality. The Geek squad team was great, very knowledgeable and their communication in regards to the product was very helpful. They mounted the TV and gave me great insight on the product. Hooray Geek squad

The Geek Squad did a great job of mounting and reactivating my 75" smart TV. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job was done, and were knowledgeable and able to answer all my technical questions.
