The squad was excellent They answer all our questions and assisted me in moving older tv's to the new rooms. I would definitely use them again.

The guys showed up on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly talented. They delivered our new 85 inch tv, hung it, made recommendations on how to get the best sound quality out of the viewing experience, and then hooked everything up to the home theatre. I was very impressed as they did amazing work. Highly recommend using them for installation and delivery!!!

The "mounting" was actually a "re-mounting": I needed the TV moved about a foot to the left. This was more difficult than you might think, but they managed to do exactly what was needed. And, it was difficult to get "level", despite their best efforts. Fortunately, they kept adjusting things until it was perfect: no half-measures at all. Much appreciated. And... they upgraded one of the HDMI cables to work with a higher standard of data-passing. This is always welcome when the cables are buried in the wall. I approve of "future-proofing".

They did a great job on installing the TV. They put it up on a wall mount rather that the cabinet. . They did to push too hard for up and extras.

Agents mounted my TV quickly. They were rushing through because they had a busy day and had to come back to plug my devices back into my TV. They also wouldn’t hide my cables in my drywall when I was told that was part of my service.

Geek Squad came out and mounted by TV and my cable box tray. They were on time and did a excellent job without a mess.

I bought a 85” Samsung and needed installation and old tv removal. I requested Geek Squad and not outside contractor. Louie and his team arrived on time. I asked them to use old mounting and not the new mounting bracket i also bought just in case. They worked meticulously and did accurate measurement. Then setup my remote and cleaned the area. Excellent work!! Thank you !

The entire family is very happy with the installation of the wall-mount and TV. The sound bar could not be installed on the concrete block wall, so left it on the old TV stand

We wanted an aging plasma TV replaced with 4K QLED technology. The existing mount is part of an entertainment console. The techs moved the console out of its alcove about a foot, proceeded to remove the safety screws and attachment screws, and then lifted out the plasma TV. Mounting the new TV was more challenging, To properly fit the new TV required fighting with a bracket that made inserting the screws that screw into the rear of the TV a challenge. With some brute force determination, the installers made it work. I am glad I did not try it with my wife's assistance. They had the experience needed, I would have been very frustrated.

The two gentlemen from geek squad that came out. We’re both amazing! They even hooked up my sound bar for me and they were efficient quick on time for the very first time ever that I’ve had Best Buy come on time because they hired out a contractor last time and it took 6 1/2 months for me to get my Dishwasher anyway these guys were fabulous and I can’t remember their names but they’re local at GLEN ALLEN hats off to them.
