TV, mount, and install review

We had to change the initial TV order and everything completely blew up. We had to cancel out the mount and install, not just the TV. I had to call 2-3 times to attempt to reschedule. We ended up just cancelling everything because customer service couldn't setup the install on the new TV. After we called an cancelled, we received a call back and they were able to figure out how to reschedule the mounting and TV install. I don't know what cause the problems, but it was an absolute fiasco.
