I did not have a Geek install. I had a outside technician who was fabulous! My mount had not come when he initially arrived and he agreed to come back later, which game me time to go buy one from Best Buy. While it was extremely disappointing that my local Best Buy had 16 of them but ordered mine from Chicago, I was pleased with the level of service I received from the technician!

The tech installed the television and ensured that everything was connected and working. He explained to me how everything worked and was very accommodating.

The Geek Squad installed my Samsung Frame TV. They were very efficient and courteous. They made certain all my apps were loaded correctly and I had access to them. I couldn’t have been more happy.

The agents mounted my tv on the mount with no problem. Holds the unit to the wall with some flexibility to point the screen to where you are sitting.

After the Geek Squad said we would need these for our new television purchase in the end we didn't them They came and set the new TV up.

The guys did their job. We found out shortly thereafter that the HDMI cord actually was bad and needed to be replaced. I wish there had been a way for them to have checked it when they were here. Also, I asked if there was any reason I would have need to access the rear of the TV... and they told me no.... in fact the HDMI and USB ports are on the rear panel. I had purchased a full motion mount in case of this, but when they said it was not necessary to access the rear, I returned it... only to find out that in fact it is necessary to access the rear in order to plug in any HDMI or USB for any accessory.

Being a total tech member has paid off. The gentleman that came in to set up my LG C1 Oled TV did an excellent job.

The agents were able to overcome some challenges with the wall and complete the installation in a timely manner.
