Great Job in delivering, taking down the old TV and mounting and connecting the new TV. Very satisfied with G & G moving who was the technical service provider for Geek Squad..

Great service. Arrived on time and wore masks to keep our family safe and also wore booties over their shoes to keep my new carpets clean.

David, the Geek Squad technician installed our new 65 inch LG TV and large articulating wall mount bracket on 6/10/2020, in about 1 1/2 hours. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge regarding the TV and other components connections and set-up and his ability to assemble and install the large articulating wall mount that I provided...and one he had never seen before. He then followed up with detailed instructions on the new TV to components operations. David was pleasant throughout and an excellent example of the best of Geek Squad talent.

The crew took care of everything; disconnecting the old, reconnecting the new.

The Geek squad installers called when they were on their way and showed up exactly when they said they would. They installed my bracket and 75" TV in less than 30 minutes, connected the TV to Wi-Fi, uploaded my apps and even helped me log in for the first time. The customer service went beyond my expectations!!

Wish I could remember his name, Francisco or Fernando mounted my TV in an amazingly professional manner all by himself. He knew what he was doing and had it done in a matter of minutes including taking the TV out of the box, mounting the bracket, attaching the TV to the bracket, bundling the wiring so that it was barely noticeable and cleaning up after himself. I swear it seemed like 5 minutes. Centered properly and he set up my TV so it was ready to go including my sound system, blu-ray player and Apple TV. I couldn't have been happier with this professional job and the courtesy of your Geek Squad technician. I was impressed.

Two guys from Geek Squad did a great job mounting our tv with our full-motion mount. They knew exactly what to do in our new home and were careful with hanging our new mount and 75" tv. Pulling the HDMI and optical cables through our wall tube was tricky, but they figured it out and everything is nicely hidden. Hooking up our Samsung soundbar was very quick.

Amanda the agent was professional and expedient in getting the job done. She was also courteous and very knowledgable. I appreciated her efforts immensely.

Installers were Fantastic; operations support & scheduling needs improvement.
