The agents came to remove my return TV and mount my new TV. They were 15 minutes early. :) They mounted my new LG 48" with ease. They went through the settings with me. They showed me how to use my remote. Awesome.

The agent was very knowledgeable and did a nice job with the installation. However he was out of the plastic wall covers for the wires. I contacted him a day or two later to ask him or another agent in my area to drop the cover by. He never returned my call. Yes I can drive across the Potomac to the Best Buy in Alexandria VA to pick up the cover. But should I really have to since I paid for the convenience of the installation?

The geek squad agent was amazing !!! He mounted 3 of my TVs with no problem made sure he had on the proper PPE and wore booties inside my home. Great conversation as well he even managed to find me 3 screws on his truck because I casually mentioned how I had to order/ wait for replacement screws for the feet of my LG TV He grabbed the screws and even put them on the TV!!!! I mean c’mon above and beyond ! Excellent service so happy I am a total tech member because I have peace knowing Best Buy and geek squad folks will make sure the job gets done
