The Geek Squad delivered and set up our 65 in. Samsung TV. They were respectful and careful navigating the large box through doorways into the install room. We changed our mind about a wall install, so they put the stand on for us and placed the TV on the shelf. They double-checked the connectivity to the internet and made sure our Apps were connected, as well. We would definitely use them again.

The agents mounted my television and connected my devices, it looks really good, however, because of where my reciever was placed behind the tv, we were told to aim the remote at the ceiling, instead of it working properly we spent nearly everyday for two weeks either rebooting the system, calling our provider or not being able to watch the tv..I finally took the receiver down and placed it on a table, it worked fine, so my husband placed it in a lower area behind the tv, it works fine. I know it is not their fault but it was frustrating to spend the extra money to have the television mounted where I wanted it and then because of a simple error, I was not able to enjoy it immediately.
