The installation was quick and they setup the tv so it was turnkey when they left. They explained how the remote worked. They did a great job.

Very professional with the installation. Friendly and took care to clean up everything before they left. They knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly.

they did not explain all aspects of TV and setup was only partial. Price was excessive for work done and time spent.

Installed & set up 65" TV and moved tv to bedroom and set it up.

I am always very pleased with the Geek Squad extended warranty services, this was the first time I had them come out to my home to do any work. The TV was mounted well, and I definitely like that it is covered as far as if it were to fall off the wall the TV would be replaced at no cost. I was a bit disappointed to find that after The Geek Squad left the TV had not been updated, it was not connected to my wireless network, My streaming services were not set up, and the wires were left in a bit of a rats nest. I would still recommend it, just be prepared to watch over the production to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction.

Awesome job. The Geek Squad did a nice job of mounting my new LG TV. Bowl season and the NFL playoffs will look great in this room.

Jason and his assistant were absolutely fantastic with installing our new TV. They centered it perfectly above our fireplace mantle. They were very efficient and explained everything we needed to know for operating the TV and getting us signed into our streaming apps. They also brought a SONOS sound bar that they installed and it sounds amazing like we are in a movie theater. Thank you all so much!

INSTALLED QUICKLY. i JUST THINK YOU CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR INSTALLATION. GOOD WORK BUT WOULD NOT REFER FOR COST OF SERVICE WAS TOO MUCH. IF IT HAD INCLUDED THE MOUNTING DEVICE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLE

Two guys came and installed the TV for me over my fireplace. These guys were great. Asked me where I wanted it, measured, hung, cleaned up, showed me how to use everything. May not sound like much but I’ve had a lot of people do various work and these two individuals by far stood out.

Patrick is extremely knowledgeable professional and courteous. Patrick went above and beyond his responsibilities. Patrick was on time when he texted his arrival time and went the extra mile for me. I have dealt with other employees for Geek Squad and never had an OK experience. Patrick was able to solve the problem to make sure my TV and mount was secure and also took the time to install the aftermarket mount and instructed me on how my new LG 70" works. Thank you Patrick!!

I must confess the guys know what they are doing, made installation look more like mounting a piece of wood on the wall.
