Geek Squad install crew was AWESOME!

I was totally disappointed. The one gentleman was rude and not very helpful. He seemed irritated when I asked questions and said I would have to figure it out myself.

Work done professionally; stopped working next day
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two gentlemen who came to my home to connect my new TV were professional and worked quickly. When they left everything was working, but the next morning I could no longer use both remotes. Instead I have to use the TV remote to turn on, and my provider remote for everything else. Also, the sound won't come out my home theatre sound system, so I'm stuck with only the TV speakers. It's been two weeks, and things have gotten busy at my house. I will need to call the Geek Squad back for a return visit.
