Geek Squad installer went out of their way

The agents who installed our TV did an awesome job. They asked what would make our tv viewing perfect. Then went out of their way to fill our wishes. The end result was perfect.

Excellent service by Geek Squad

I appreciated their quick work, their advice on placement and installation considerations, and their overall expertise when it came to mounting my TVs in my new home. I would, without hesitation, encourage friends and family to use the Geek Squad - and Total Tech - for all their tech needs!

They measured several times to make sure the tv was centered, which was very critical in this case. They cleaned up after themselves, which was not true with the cable/internet installer that they followed. Matter of fact they cleaned up his mess. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were excellent representatives Best Buy.

The only reason I am rating this 4 stars is they did not put any of the cables/cords behind the wall. I was told the cable company would handle that which was not the case.
