The two gentleman that came to my house to hang my tv and hook up my Wii were very professional. I would recommend them anytime

I had Best Buy Geek Squad come to raise my TV 7in..The did a great job. After they hung it, they clean the TV and clean there mess..I would definitely recommend them..

I installed a heavy duty mount myself since Best Buy did not have the model I wanted. Geek squad came and installed it to my directions and specifications. It was a lot to install the tv (which is fantastic by the way) but it is an expensive tv and I did not want some relative or friend dropping it on me. Greek Squad members were good as they knew what they were doing and also as important they listened to me.

Purchased a new flat screen television as a gift and included geek squad installation. The geek squad reps were fast and efficient. Would recommend!

"Zeke" did an outstanding job of delivering, connecting and then programing our new 32" Samsung Smart TV, sound bar and connector cables for our VCR/DVD player. He also hauled away the old, bulky and heavy CRT TV that the Smart TV replaced. Zeke was professional, courteous and patient with us to review the basics of operating the TV, sound bar, and DVD/VCR player before he left. We are grateful for Zeke's outstanding service.

The agents mounted my tv on the mount with no problem. Holds the unit to the wall with some flexibility to point the screen to where you are sitting.
