We purchased a new television and sound system for our family room TV. I feel that the Geek Squad went above and beyond, going so far as to set up our apps (NetFlix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBOMax, Disney+, etc.) and having us log in. He instructed us on how to use the remote and give us many tips and tricks to make our experience so much better.

Great job mounting my 55" TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased a new house, where the previous owner left the wall mount, but took the bracket that holds the TV! I also wanted a larger TV for the space. Geek Squad did a fantastic job taking down the old mount (however, they did forget to remove it when finished!) and making sure the new 55" TV and wall mount was safe & secure in the basement. They were clean & efficient, and also set-up 3 other TVs throughout the house.
