The technician (Devlin) mounted my speaker to my TV, which was already mounted to the wall.

The 2 person team arrived on time with all needed tools, and They were done in less than an hour. They offered to remove the old plasma TV being replaced, but I had another use for it.

It’s a very strong & well-built wall mount that has smooth and sturdy full motion capabilities. My 75” TV is HEAVY! This mount is up for the job! It is expensive, you can find much cheaper mounts in a lot of stores, but if you spend a thousand or more for a TV, wouldn’t you want the peace of mind that it’s not gonna fall of the mount or break off the wall? Use a stud finder, bury those bolts in the studs, and you’ll be good!

Nicholas headed up the team..there was a gal, I wish I could remember her name and a trainee, which they really were great teachers for the trainee. Simply the best team!

This is a great mount, as it can be moved in any direction. Geek Squard did a great job clean neat and professional.

Best Buy always comes thru for me when I need them. The install of my new tv was fast and efficient and believe me, they knew what they were doing.

Courteous and professional. But I do not like your off shore call center, you need to go back to the old way of doing things.
