Both agents did a great job of explaining everything to me before they started and were very professional and cleaned up their mess.

The guys mounted my tv they were very careful and made sure the tv was even and straight and in the middle of the wall

This is my second time having Best buy come and install my tv on the wall and I'm very satisfied with the service, the installers right away got to work, were kind and courteous. They arrived right when they said and when it was done they cleaned up, took my through my new options on the tv vs the old one i had before. i appreciated their confidence with installing an 85" tv. Definitely will have them again if i buy another

Agents mounted my TV quickly and connected it to my sound bar.

Since I had paid for a combined service of running wires, connecting my TV with wires, and mounting the TV, I have to write this review several times. The service is worth it if you are lazy or can’t do it yourself.

The agents even went back to Best Buy to pick up and installed and mounted my new TV when they found out that my current TV was not performing correctly!!
