Without getting too into detail, I was having an incredibly difficult time coordinating an exchange of a TV I purchased through Best Buy's Total Tech membership. Tyler recognized that there was a disconnect between the many systems and parties at play and went the extra mile himself to make sure that my exchange was handled correctly and that my new TV was installed correctly.

Discussed our needs with the floor service agent and he was quite knowledgeable in assisting us and explaining each product to achieve our goal in performance, quality and overall look. Scheduled Geek Squad technician and the service provided by Ryan was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yes, hard to believe in the times we’re living in.
