The crew notified me when they were en-route, and were very polite. The did a great job with my new television set.

The agents showed up on time, were extremely fast, the install was clean (no mess), and they set it up and adjusted the settings perfectly!

I needed the Geek Squad to take down the 50" TV they had mounted for me 7 years ago and replace it with a 65" Smart TV. They actually arrived a little earlier than their original window, went right to work, and had everything done quickly and efficiently. Then they took time to answer some questions, get the Smart features setup and verified their correct functioning, and then cleaned everything up like they had never even been here. I found the two-man team congenial and I enjoyed talking with them while they worked.

Geek Squad came out and mounted my tv and soundbar. It looks great and they took care of all my questions and were very knowledgeable.

The Geek Squad Service was fantastic! Matt and Rich explained everything, and we needed a free standing mounted to the TV. They showed me a swivel free stand on the website for Best Buy. It was perfect. They continued on with their service calls, and came back with the stand to mount on the TV. I purchased it right from the website. We are pleased with our service, and the Geek Squad are very knowledgeable! Thank you guys again!
