The geek squad that came. the delivered my TV, sound bar and TV mount. They set up everything and explained how to use everything before they left.

I could rely on the Geek Guy to install the TV with the flexible mount on the wall without complications.He then explained the unique characteristics of this TV.

I got excellent service from Geeksquad. i am glad tha I choose to buy my TV in Best Buy with Tech support.

320676746 Paid $400 to get my 55 inch tv mounted on top of a fireplace. 1. Placed the order online but the date didn’t save so had to call them back to pick a date and I lost my slot that I booked 2. Paid the extra fee to get specialized mounting but the tech (not a geek squad member) arrived with no tools for a stone wall mount 3. Had to call Geek Squad almost 5 times to get all of this straightened out as they could not cancel while the order was in progress. 4. Had to place another order and cancel the original so at one point I spent $800 while waiting for my refund 5. Finally the tech arrived and says my Mantel Mount TV Mount is something that won’t fix as they are scared of being liable for it being falling off so they sell us a mount on the spot (for some reason they had a mount on them) 6. Asked for a compensation for this horrible experience and they gave a $75 gift card for all the waste of my time they caused. 7. I would go with someone local the next time..

THE AGENTS CONNECTED T.V TO ALL DEVICES GREAT JOB!!! BUT APOND LEAVING MY HOME LET ME KNOW THAT IF I WANTED 4K PICTURE QUALITY IT WOULD COST ME.SO IT'S NOT CLEAR ON COST OR PICTURE QUALITY JUST THANK IT WOULD BE A GOOD STARTING TALK NOT A WALKING OUT THE DOOR STATMENT.

Needed a temporary stand for a new LG G1. This stand was a good solution and cost effective. Easy to mount.
