The 2 guys came in and mounted my tv in about 30 minutes. Very professional and left my house clean with no debris or boxes. Stellar service.

The two members of the Geek Squad did an excellent job in removing my old television and setting up my/ new television on my wall. They were friendly, patient, helpful and answered all of my questions. I did have a question after they left. I called them and they returned to answer my question and rectify my problem. Good job!

The team unmounted my existing large screen TV, and installed the new one. They were absolute professionals and just as friendly. The job, which I expected would be rather challenging, didn't phase them at all, and they were done inside of an hour. After the installation the team leader explained how to control some new settings using my existing smart remote. I was extremely happy with their work and the care they took during the job.

Installation was efficient and thorough. Equipment works seamlessly and the picture quality is quite good.

The installer worked hard to get my TV on the wall. I had some firewalls that he missed the first time but was able to patch the wall and get the job done.

Stick with the Geek Squad. I tried the third party installation company… it was HORRIFYING! From being asked to lay down my newborn granddaughter to help the installer lift the TV… to the massive mess they left AND Best Buy sent me a defective TV… so I returned the 85” and they sent out the Geek Squad for the installation- Geek Squad sent two guys instead of one (like the 3rd party did) done in no time and I didn’t have to put down my granddaughter…

The agents came on time and they were very professional. They wore face masks and they worked quickly and efficiently. They installed my 70" TV and connected it to my surround sound system in about 45 minutes, and did it well. If I had to do the same thing on my own it would have taken me at least three times that, and I would not have been able to do it as well as the pros. Overall, buying the Premium installation package was not cheap, but it was money well-spent and good value.

The guys were on time and replaced our existing wall mount tv with a new 65 inch smart tv. The guys were great!!!

I would have never been able to install and program this tv by myself. The Geek Squad took all of that pressure off my back. These guys are real professionals.

As always, geek squad did a fantastic job. Had to add to ny packsge due to the new place having differently spaced studs, but the team was able to adjust.

Geek Squad top notch installation. They knew exactly what they were doing. I had purchased an unusual tv mount called a mantelmount and it did not phase them. They did a great installation in a short amount of time. Would recommend them to any one wanting a great job done on installing a large tv. They were very professional and polite.

Installers were super professional! Answered all our questions, setup the tv system to our liking and cleaned up all packaging.
