The agents mound of my TV and connected it’s all my devices. They even had all the connecting wires for me as they were before.

Does a great job. Very respectful and very thorough. Very helpful in setting up the TV for us and teaching how to use the remote.

Two guys came out and mounted the new bracket, and mounted the TV onto it...Then were on time, and left me w/ a working TV...That's all I can ask for...

They were extremely pleasant and funny. Spoke in detail what was going on and cleaned up after themselves nicely. It was worth paying extra to have no cords showing.

I LOVE the Best Buy Geeks. I have multiple sclerosis and without the Geeks, I would have never been able to mount my new television. They do everything so effortlessly. They are always well prepared and have awesome attitudes. I have used them numerous times and they have always been extremely friendly and supportive. Keep up the good job Geeks!!

Great Service as usual. After having my living room done by Best Buy I had them do the same for my home gym and they didn't disappoint.

The crew did an incredible job, and quickly. They were also very accommodating to the fact that I had to duck out for a work call.

The agent went way beyond the call of duty on this install. Everything went well with the install, but we had an issue with the cable box that Spectrum had sent so we weren't getting a clear picture or sound. Even though it was not his fault or issue, agent would not leave until everything was working, which involved switching out some cable boxes, testing equipment, etc. All of this was done at the busiest time of year, just before Christmas. Cannot rate this service, or agent, highly enough!

The agents Simon & Tony mounted both our old and new TV's and did an exceptional and professional job! They were the absolute best!
