These 2 guys was really quick, didn't take no more than 30 minutes to put up my TV great job.

I had a tv with a Sanus tv mount installed onto our fireplace hearth. I also had a Rocketfish universal soundbar mount installed. I mentioned that I would like to get a soundbar at a later date. Techs suggested the Sonos Beam 2 might be a good choice. While mounting the tv one of the techs broke off part of the fireplace hearth. (accidents do happen- and I had the fireplace fixed, I was given their insurance claim information) Later I purchased the Sonos Beam 2 soundbar at Best Buy. This soundbar has a mounting configuration width of 6 inches, the minimum width for the Rocketfish universal soundbar mount is 6.6 inches. I went back to Best Buy to return the Rocketfish universal soundbar mount and purchase the Sanus soundbar mount for the Sonos Beam 2. I asked for assistance. I showed all my receipts and they said I wasn't charged the Rocketfish soundbar mount installation. The supervisor was not timely in resolving the issue and I found rude. I am paying again for removing the Rocketfish universal mount, installing the Sanus soundbar mount and connecting the Sonos Beam 2 soundbar. I think there should be better communication with the techs and the management as far as the which soundbar mounts work with which soundbar ( at the store the supervisor said the rocketfish mount will work with the Sonos Beam 2, "but it will hang".) The techs installed the tv and mount well, (still better communication is Needed) , but a supervisor's rudeness is not.

Good service, friendly, cleaned up nicely. The only reason I am rating this 4 stars is they did not put any of the cables/cords behind the wall. I was told the cable company would handle that which was not the case.

The installation team (husband and wife) were highly personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Geek Squad was wonderful. They were professional, answered all our questions and did a super job of mounting our TV andSound bar. Couldm’t have expected more.

From start to finish (they delivered the TV and installed it and programmed it) I had a great experience. The guys were friendly and helpful. The TV is beautiful! Great picture. I am totally happy I bought a Geek Squad membership. They have helped me several times. Highly satisfied.

The men put the mount on the wall & mounted my TV. They took the box the TV was delivered in, but must ave placed the box the mount came in into the TV box because after they left, i couldn’t find the Amazon box the mount came in. The box should have had the extra brackets because those were not left either. Although I probably will not need these extras, I would have assumed they would have left them or at least asked about them before taking them. They also left dust/trash on the shelves when they finished. This was definitely not the same type of experience I had with the first pair of technicians who put the mount & larger TV in my living room.
