Awesome mounting experience

Added all my apps etc and gave me a lesson on using. Very neat and cleaned up really well. I could see both of the Geek Squad techs had so much knowledge and experience.

Geek Squad Rocks!

My project involved mounting a large tv over a fireplace in my old house. They were wonderful. They properly wore masks and booties over their shoes to protect me from Covid 19 and my carpets from dirt. They showed me how to uninstall the mount, should I ever want to and they stayed to make sure everything worked great - and it did! Thank you Best Buy for this service. It was well worth the price!

This service not offered in store because they don’t know if they can do it due to what’s behind the wall. Mine is considered a wet wall due to gas pipes and water pipes in wall but he was able to do it. Makes it look so good. Installed a outlet extension for tv power. Service cost 119 due to being a total tech member. Think it’s 129 regular price. Totally worth the money!!!
