Dustin from the Geek Squad delivered and installed the LG 50" TV. He went the extra mile to pick up a replacement TV as the first TV he brought was damaged (not noticeable from the packaging). Dustin completed the installation in a timely manner, made sure all connected equipment worked and explained the operation of the product. He removed the old TV and packaging. He is a very kind, courteous and knowledgeable person.

The Geek Squad came out and mounted my new TV and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. I was totally satisfied!!!

Victor and his team mate removed the old Plasma in minutes and then installed the new 65" OLED. They set up the tv and integrated it with my Denon amp. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions courteously. This install went essentially with out any issues. All I had to do when they were done was start watching!

It is a great product! I can watch tv in bed and then push the tv against the wall with the mount on the wall. It works better than I thought it would.

My LG 65" TV was installed above my fireplace quickly and efficiently by Joshua. He asked me questions about how I wanted it to operate and showed me some bells and whistles and set it and calibrated it and showed me how to change it if I wanted to. I had to buy an in-wall HDMI cable at installation because I didn't know I should or could but they weren't looking to sell me anything. Ask questions at store when you purchase installation. I did and was pretty ready but may need to do some new connections now that I know how I use it.
