Squad did not finish the job.

They said they would return with a piece of that they needed when we gave them a call. We gave them a call on several occasions, but received no response. Further, the remote control is not working to this full extent; we will bring it in for evaluation.

Professional Installation--Very Pleased

They moved my old wall mount to a better position for the new TV. They had a tough time getting the ARC connection to work while they were here, and ended up connecting with an audio cable. After I had the TV a while I was missing the surround sound features and tried an HDMI cable again in the ARC port, and it worked just fine. I think it had something to do with the TV, not the installers.
