It's definitely worth the money to have a wall mounted TV professionally installed. It looks great, and I know it's done right!

First man not much effort was made. In all fairness to him tv was too large for one person to unmount . They were supposed to send two people to begin with it was clearing noted on order and they only sent one . If they would have sent two the first time it would have been a 5 star . Second installers were very good.

The technician arrived on time and got our TV set up on the wall mount very quickly. Also he got us hooked up on our WiFi/internet and helped us learn how to use our new TV. We are in our late 60’s so we would have had issues doing this ourselves.

The team from Best Buy was on time, professional, and had the TV set-up in no time. It looks great. We would not hesitate to use them again.

They picked up after themselves and made it look as if they hadn’t been there, except that my new TV was up on the wall and working with my new sound bar! I was nervous using this service because you never know what kind of service you’re going to get in store but after this interaction I’m fully invested is this Best Buy service going forward!

Geek squad arrived on time and installed my tv and connected all of my devices. Walked me through all of the features and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. Even helped with our ring doorbell even though it wasn't purchased at best buy,
