This was the best experience I've ever had with a TV being mounted I have a 70 in in my bedroom great work!

Two people from geek squad arrived on time and brought my new tv with them! They had all essentials required for a wall mount! They did a neat job installing my new 65” tv and concealed wires! They also did connect my couple of other devices to tv too! They explained all that they would do before installing and gave a detailed explanation after the setup and mount was complete! As this is our first time for wall mounting our tv, we had little worries and they made sure we were out of it when they left!

The agents from Best Buy mounted my new TV, connected all devices and fully explained how to use the TV.

The technicians installed the TV mount quickly and also provided me with advance on a curve TV I plan on mounting soon.

The Geek Squad was great. Too bad they didn’t know you couldn’t use a Roku without an adapter. But that really the responsibility of the salesperson. And I know I should have done more research. I wouldn’t buy an LG again. Nice picture, but I actually care about accessible content.

JJ and her colleague did an excellent job mounting a Samsung frame tv. I had ordered a wall box to mount the control box of the frame tv but it was too big for the space behind the tv. JJ came back after a week to make sure that the control box was properly installed after I ordered a smaller box.

The two Geek Squad installers from Best Buy installed the new TV mount on my wall & attached the TV. The mount is very substantial & tilts forward so I can see the TV without cranking my neck. The installers were efficient & respected my home. They did an excellent & professional job & I'm very happy with the work they completed.

We had all our items ready. Two workers came in and had our tv installed in 10 minutes. They were professional.

We have benefited from the Geek Squad on several occasions and every time they’ve come through in a timely fashion. Each time I/we were excited and eager for their help. And each time it was better than we hoped and more all inclusive. Each tech eagerly shared their knowledge and got us up to speed quickly.

The ease of mind knowing that if they broke it, they’d bring another was worth the extra money over using a contractor.

On time, very good work, cleaned up, explained everything. Happy!

Everyone was extremely polite. They tackled a complex install that took a couple visits. My only complaints would be that if they couldn’t finish the job, we had to reschedule and wait weeks in between each visit to get the project finished. Also, communication in between was lacking and if you call geek squad you get sent to a call center out of the country that are pretty much a waste of your time!

The TV was mounted and working shortly after he showed up. He cleaned up and hauled away the old set. Very efficient.
