Great job, fast and neat

They had me come and look at the set and said they would have to move the mount up higher. Then one of the techs said there was about an inch of movement left and they took set back down (75") and adjusted remounted set. It was just perfect. They then had me sit on couch and adjusted the tilt to my liking. I could not of asked for a better installation.

Another Great Job By The GS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.6th time I've used GS in the last 4 years: 4 for installs in different places and twice for failing hard disk on a computer. This one was particularly good: an SSD disk that the GS installed just about a year ago was failing. Still a few days from warranty expiration, the GS replaced the SSD at no cost and, because of a price reduction on the same SSD, I got a $21 store credit back. Another great job by the GS.

Great service, but…

The only reason for less than 5 stars is that it took three attempts to get this service scheduled. The first time the order was apparently input incorrectly. The second time the order again was input incorrectly. It took three attempts and about three weeks to finally get it done. Not sure why. Seems like a pretty simple request.

Awesome Service!

They were on time, professional, meticulous and just good guys. They took extra care to make sure everything was level and secure. All of the wires were hidden inside the wall and they cleaned up the dust from the drilling. I highly recommend. I also searched around for others to hang the TV and the wires. Best Buy had the best price.
