Agents did a nice job with the TVs, no hassles and easy mounting.

A must, especially if you want the set mounted. It was a pleasure wathching a very professional Geek Squad tackle the unpacking, mounting and installation of our 65" OLED TV. They answered every question we had. Hooked it up to our Spectrum account, got everything operational and showed us how to operate the remote control. I am an IT geek from way back, but it was a pleasure to watch these Geeks in action. Professionalism in action!!

They did the set up and installation perfect but when I askes questions about installing my virus protection and fire stick they said that wasn't on the contract.

The agent quickly mounted my TV and then set it up according to the protocol: connected to internet and made sure that my apps had transferred. Once completed, he went over the process of accessing the apps, asked for questions, and then gave friendly advice based on my questions.

The Geek Squad agent did a fine job of removing the ol TV and mounting the new one. I was very pleased!

I needed my 36" tv mounted on to the wall. The Best Buy person did a good job and was very friendly. However, he wasn't able to program the tv because the remote had batteries that sat in it for 2 years and the batteries were bad. So, unfortunately I paid for this service but didn't get it done for me. My fault, but very frustrating!

Every time we have had Geek Squad service it has been great. This time due to the virus, extra precautions were taken by both employees who came to our home to install the new TV. They removed our old one. Installed the new one on our existing wall mount. They set up the TV with all our streaming services and showed us the basics of use. Very pleased with excellent service. We have the annual contract and find it very useful and will continue.
