The Best Set up Squad

The team was so fast, so responsible, so thoughtful and helped make sure everything was set up properly. I was truly impressed. I will continue to work with Best Buy and I have continued to have great experience

Horrible Experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The company that came to install was great and tried their best to compensate for the mess Best Buy and Geek Squad created. Geek Squad did not come it was a third party. We purchased our 75 inch was told they were coming to install on a Wednesday as well as picking up and disposing 2 other TVs. Wednesday came they did not install nor did they take the TVs to dispose. We gave specific instructions that the 2 TVs were large. They came saw the TVs and said they were too large and were not going to pick up. I called waited hours to get someone to reschedule me for a Sun. Sunday came they picked up the TVs but still did not install. Install was moved to Monday. Monday came and without notifying me they rescheduled for another day. At this point I’m beyond furious and just want a refund. My husband works for Walmart and could have gotten a better deal but but decided to pay a little more bc the TV was supposedly in stock. After requesting to speak to several managers and NEVER getting a call back after being promised I will NEVER shop at Best Buy or add on Geek Squad. Worst experience!!!
