Guys who came to install the mount were very professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and were very quick in installing.

The agents (Mitch and Rico) were very proficient. They installed my tv and attached all the other components I had. They made sure to test everything to make sure it was all in order. They were exceptional in explaining the functions and did a great job of cleaning everything up.

Geek Squad delivered and installed my 60" Samsung TV, from Best Buy. The Tech showed up on time, 12;30 pm (Service window was 12 noon until 8pm) and promptly unboxed the TV, then removed the old TV from the TV mount and installed the new TV. The Tech was efficient and timely with his movements and knowledge regarding my questions. A very positive experience from beginning to end.

I can’t say enough about how seamless our installation went. We were very apprehensive about how the finish product would turn out. Best Buy sent an independent contractor and he did a phenomenal job. All my worrying quickly disappeared as I observed how meticulously he worked. It came out better than I anticipated.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting our 85" Sony ( which we Love!) however I was walking the dog when they did it. When I came back, my husband had them mount it higher than I would have liked. They returned the next week and mounted it where it was eye level. They did a Great Job!!

Agents mounted my TV and integrated all components, including a Bose Lifestyle 35. Couldn't have done it without them.
