We love our Geek Squad!

You can ask them anything related to computer knowledge or TV expertise and they will have the answer or will find out for you. Our brand new router was not working right while they were here. So without a question, Derrick took it back to the store and returned with a brand new unit. We were within warranty so no charge . Yes we love our Geek Squad!

I also don’t have to worry about it falling off the wall or missing a stud if I would have done it myself. I would die if I ruined my expensive TV. The peace of mine is worth every penny!

They did a great job of getting everything setup, and taken away. They are the reason we would say this is worth having the annual membership Perfect installation. Please than them for us.
