Both of them are so knowledgeable on the products and extremely professional and helpful. Because of this positive experience, I plan to do all my shopping for electronics at BestBuy going forward and keep my TotalTech membership. I am very appreciative of their service and expertise.

Reps installed quickly and friendly.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The reps installed my TV quickly and hooked up some components, but I missed on making sure everything was to be hooked up and working - an additional service I believe I needed to specify. Some components were noted as old so would need to replace for such items to be connected and to work properly. Reps were friendly as well as working quickly.
