The Geek Squad personnel who delivered and mounted my tv were great! They found out where everything was going and asked my preference on height, took all the measurements and installed the mount and hung the tv. they also connected the tv to my wi-fi and checked for updates. They then asked if I wanted the packaging for anything and when I said "nope" they took it all away without blinking an eye. I would recommend Geek Squad for tv mounting.

Two guys came in and mounted 3 TVs in my brand new home. Those guys were very polite, efficient, and neat.

They seemed to know what to do after determining the best approach to hang the tv. They knew the product and how to work it. Showed me a quick tutorial.

I was hesitant because they booked me with a third party (not Geek Squad) installer but I needed to get my installation done for guests. Steve was fine but a bit difficult. His work was nice with the mounting. I am not completely happy with the programming on my main TV. I will need to call him back. But he kept saying he was going to have to leave and have them reschedule because the codes for his payment were not right. Well, that would not do and I wasn’t happy. He got terse and kept going in and out to make calls and get his stuff. He was telling me my mount was not correct (it was) and he would have to come back. Every excuse to not complete my job. I sat on the phone and reached Best Buy Geek Squad, worked out part of it (they were also difficult and honestly ridiculous saying they could not make decisions for another company or give authorization). Well I booked through Best Buy/Geek Squad and they should be able to make the call and correct the errors they made in inputting the codes for this 3rd party. Anyway the work got done and I am more than happy with the install. Like I said, programming is still and issue with the one Harmony. I will call to get that fixed. I have always loved using Geek Squad and never a problem until I agreed to a 3rd party outfit. I will not be doing that again. Beware anyone other then Geek Squad doing your install or programming.

The geek squad came to mount my 65 inch TV to the wall. They did an excellent job. The TV was placed exactly where I wanted it to be and was centered perfectly. They connected my TV to my internet and made sure it was working properly. They also hooked up my DVD player and VHS player. They synced my cable to the TV and showed me how to use the remote. It was all done in less than an hour. The geek squad was very professional and I would definitely have them back.

For sophisticated home theater system's, this tech's the best. He added a new receiver and streaming device to a 10 year-old projector and 8-speaker sound system, and got the entire system working perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Very friendly & helpful Tv was not mounted as high as we discussed so I did have to get a follow up visit to re adjust That’s a little disappointing because of course I wanted it finalized but they said they only had a 1 hr window for the service The appointment asks the client to be available in 4 hour windows so I would think they should allow more than an hour incase anything is wrong so we don’t have to readjust our schedules again

These guys were great! I hope I can request them when I move and have to remount this tv again!

They mounted my 75" TV at my convenience and did a good job.

Install went well, mounted good job. just had wrong wall mount first time they came out. had to wait another 3 days to get it installed. I believe the whole thing was a lack of communication in-house.
