Geek Squad techs did a excellent job

They were both very courteous and friendly. They also installed another TV in a bedroom and took the time to go over all the features. Both Alex and Bobby went above the call of duty, keep up the excellent job.

Great job but not as I expected

The guys did a great job though.

Got TV installed and Ring Doorbell installed

They connected what they could because my new TV did not have all the outlets I needed. The Doorbell was installed fast. I had purchased the Ring doorbell from HSN and had BestBuy install. Works great. I was able to get the services at a reduced price because of the total protection service I purchased for $199. Very happy overall and would do it again.

The tv was out up fast and easy.

As it turned out, the wall mount that was included with the TV would not work for my situation. They explained it to me clearly and fortunately had another mount on their truck that was suited to the task. I was totally pleased with the level of service I received.
