The installation team showed up on-time and took great care to make the installation look great. The installers were detailed, took great care with the TV during the process, and cleaned up after themselves, including sweeping up any dust from the installation process. Cannot recommend this service enough if you are not overly comfortable completing the installation yourself, or just want to sit back and relax as the Geek Squad takes care of the installation for you. Recommend!

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. Here's the thing though. I purchased a new wall mount, not knowing that my old mount would work. They didn't bring my new mount with them. They told me that the one I already have will not only work just fine, but that it was better than the one I PAID for. They told me that they would see to it that I would be refunded for the new one. Five weeks later, and I still can't get them to give me my money back. Great business model. Cheat your customers whenever possible. Thanks for nothing. Literally nothing.

The guys that came to the house were extremely friendly. However, I was disappointed when they pressured me to purchase a tv mount even though a tv mount came with the tv.

For a big TV (75" in this case) in an upstairs room, this service is well worth the price, unless you have a helper. Getting it up the stairs and onto the wall is a two person job, no matter how clever you are. These TVs are big, heavy, expensive and fragile. Two caveats: 1. Specify a Geek Squad crew rather than a third-party crew; 2. Make sure everything is connected and working before they leave, or you might spend your time fiddling with connections and pairing.
