Great Job by Contractor!

He connected the hearing device to the back of the TV. He deserves 15 Stars. And I don't know that my store Geek Squad deserves any stars. The original appt. was canceled twice without any explanation.

The Geek Squad were great!

They showed/explained about our new TV’s operation. They made sure to answer any questions we had. They moved our old TV to its new location and packed up all the boxes and trash before they left. Excellent service!

75" TV Setup and Mounting

She measured the space to make sure the TV was centered in the space. So, the mounting was perfect. The Geek Squad is lucky to have her working for their company! She kept working until everything was working properly. Thank you Sky!!!

Would highly recommend them The only odd thing was l selected the 7:00am window to 1:00 pm and was told on by the installer that he didn’t even start until 9:00 As it was they didn’t start until 12:45 just fifteen minutes before the window expired Why does Best Buy offer a 7:00am window when they don’t have the staff start until 9:00am
