Geek Squad guys are too-notch installers!

They put my 75” TV on the existing mount, hooked up all the equipment, went through the menu of the tv and made sure I was comfortable navigating the streaming apps!! Very friendly and professional. Fun guys to talk to, actually!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There was a slight mix up on the website and the rep said he was double booked. He checked to make sure my time slot was correct and moved around the whole schedule so he could install my TV. Sometimes the best customer service isn't about the actual work performed - he made what could have been a frustrating situation into one that was professional and easy!
