Geek Squad did a great job at mounting my tv and connecting my devices

Matt Savage led the team installing this TV-AV set-up. It was flawless. They positioned the TV inside a restricting wall perfectly, adjusted it for tilt-mount. Then set up the audio portion. Previous audio system NEVER worked properly. They tested it thoroughly and now all 5 speakers are humming. Geek Squad calls before arriving - professional in every way. It's a contract good for 1 year and covers other things like computers, devices etc during the 1 year term.

The agent put the TV up for me and connected everything for me all I had to do is sit back and relax

Geek Squad/Total Tech agents had to remove our old TV and then mount the new one and reconnect components.. Set up and checked everything out. They answered my questions and showed me as they completed the installation… Both were friendly and helpful and as always a great job was done…

Best investment was to mount our current TV in the bedroom with the Sanus mount

Everything worked well together after the Geek Squad got done. Cable sound bar and TV in unison with very easy install. Also wall mounted TV in no time art all!

They did a wonderful job mounting our TV and sound bar! So friendly and very professional!! They took their time explaining everything and making sure it was just right! They also took the time to go through the TV settings and get us up and running without having to figure it out on our own! My husband and I were so happy with the geek squad service!

The agents installed the TV via an excellent Wall mount but left me with a minium of instructions to gide my use of the TV and remote. Have been unable to contact Best Buy or Gek Squad to follow up on the installation and set-up. I receive no replies to any question I try to make to them. Very unsatisfactory for amount they charge!

TV's are getting so technical now days this was a great decision. They delivered my TV and took over in a good way. Installed my corner wall mount and mounted my 65" Samsung TV. The remote controls were set up for my cable system, The gentleman answered all of our questions about how our new smart TV operated ,then they cleaned up and took the huge box with them. They were great. I definitely will do this when I buy my next TV.

The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of mounting and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're very pleased with the results.
