Attached the mount to the wall, then the 86" TV to the mount. TV was perfectly centered. Took their shoes off when entering my home, used a shop vac while drilling holes. Knowledgeable and courteous and patient with my questions, and even responded via email to a question after they left.

Great, great, great techs!

They mounted it securely, set the tv up to my preferences and answered all of my questions. My only issue was with the online scheduling. My calendar appointment was accepted and the night before the appointment I was notified I had to reschedule. Plus the links I received were for delivery only, not for full installation. Fortunately, my installation techs were far superior to the website experience.
