Recently got a 65 inch Sony from BB and made sure to sign up with Geek Squad to install it (w/ Sanus - Premium Advanced Tilt Wall Mount) and to cover repairs for 2 years. Their performance was excellent, absolutely on time, efficient, solid mount & TV install and no trace of any work when they left. TVs this size s/not be an afternoon project for you and a couple of buddies - unless you don't mind cracked glass, off angle mounts, and a good bit of debris.

The two agents were from the Pensacola store and were fantastic. They showed up early and called prior to arriving. Both agents were very professional and great ambassadors for Best Buy. Took down the old TV and installed the new one so easily and insured I understood how to operate the TV. Thank you for sending such great ambassadors to install our TV.

My Vizio 24-inch TV with 1080p full high definition is great! An installer from the Geek Squad set it up for me. This afternoon I watched a Christmas romantic comedy. After that, I changed the screen to a fireplace setting. It was very relaxing to watch this as I listened to Christmas carols playing.

Geek Squad did a great job. Looks lovely. Install was quick and even installed product I bought to hide cords.

We are very happy with the TV mounting service - excellent work by the Best Buy Geek Squad! The two employees showed up at our house on time, they were very friendly, and they answered any questions we had. We only needed basic TV mounting, since we previously had a TV hung up in the same location on our wall (the necessary wires were already hidden in the wall). The Geek Squad had our new 55" Samsung TV on the wall in less than 30 minutes. It looks amazing! Great work - thank you again!
