This is the sixth home set-up I've arranged through Geek Squad - the first five were great, five stars! This one wasn't great - yes, they plugged in the TV to see that it works, mounted the TV to a table top swivel stand(and they assembled the stand) and set then TV on a cabinet. They attached my DVD player (but didn't actually try it to make sure the hookup was right). They attached a Roku Ultra device that I purchased with the TV but didn't explain to he how to use it really. They didn't show me the ins-and-outs of operating the TV (I still don't know how to get to channel 10). Best Buy phone support said a manual for the TV is only available online. Great. But what's the URL I go to in order to download it? I guess from now on if I arrange for in-home set up I will have to make it very clear that I expect to be shown how to use the equipment.

This service is excellent. The gentleman installed my TV successfully and linked it to my network. He was friendly and helpful advising on the height to set the TV. He was also on time for the appointment and cleaned up after he was done leaving my home like new.

The agents that installed my new tv were great. They were very polite and professional but most of all--competent. They knew what they were doing every step of the way. I am very pleased.

So I can't install a 75" TV by myself right? Why would I? Best Buy has the expertise. If I do it on my own with help and drop it, I lose. The Geek Squad knows what to do because they do it all day long. It's those tricks one gets to know when you do it 100 times. This was well worth it. In less than an hour we were enjoying our purchase. Thank You, Best Buy.

Team arrived on time. Polite & neat in Installed our Sony HD TV With cleanup/removal of any packaging materials.

The Geek Squad unmounted the old TV and mounted the new one. They made sure all of my apps were working properly (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.) They answered all of my questions and left their contact information in case there were any issues.

Germ squad was great! Nice, professional and weaving and out under an hour for a 85” tv!
