The actual installation was fine. What was poor is the surprise in what hidden items that were not included in the installation. Also, there is a problem with the syncing of the sound with the picture, and I have made many requests for help in this matter with no response provided!

The geek squad took the time to show me everything I need to know about operating the TV with all my other equipment.

Had the delivery and installation of 65" tv on wall... it was worth the extra money.. paid for deluxe install & they set up and attached sound bar, cable box etc...took away the packaging and box.. very professional... recommend using this service if you are unable to bring home this large item and install yourself (was a 2 person job)

The set up was good. .. our problem is the money we spent to have access to GEEK SQUAD had a terrible time getting an answer to what turned out to be a simple solution. Cut off... couldn't understand... no knowledge.... not available today when called local store??:? called about 6-7 times taking 2 1/2 hours to find out how to turn off TALk BACK... UGH MAY NEED TO ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THIS 'GEEK SQUAD'

The agents mounted my tv and connected all my devices

Agent Jamal Walton Mounted the TV to the wall and hooked up my TV for cable and the DVD player. He showed me how to work the remote and set up my sirius xm icon and arranged the icons by the ones I use the most. Mounting the TV is really a two man job but he did it by himself in a timely manner

The two Geek Squad members came in- had the product I ordered. Asked a couple of questions and got right to work. They took the time to explain to my husband how surround sound would work, the excellent choice of mount we purchased and were very professional. They practiced COVID19 protocol and even cleaned up the dust from drilling the holes! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Geek squad came in and set up our new tv on the stand we already had and took away our old tv. Made sure everything worked and gave us a brief tutorial on the new tv. I was hoping they would do some calibration but the pic looks great as is.
