The agents mounted my TV and connected all the devices. They were friendly, efficient, and courteous. They left all the unused parts for me but they did not leave the most important thing in my opinion; the instructions for the TV ,remote, and sound bar. I have been very freustated at times "guessing "my way through some changes and set ups for streaming. Sub-woofer was located in the wrong place also.

Agents removed old tv and mounted new tv to perfection. He programmed all streaming services and showed how to access all of them.

On this one I felt the team had some difficulty mounting the bracket and tv. It sounded to me the screws didn’t match the bracket so the crew had a slight delay. One thing worth mentioning Best Buy should follow up with a site visit since mounting team just mounts the tv telling follow the screen directions that leads to the owner following the directions but that doesn’t answers all the questions. No owners Manuel included

The two guys who came out were quick, funny, answerered all my questions, and helped me to mount my tv in no time! They were very respectful, and cleaned up as they were working so when they were gone the only way you could tell they were there was.. well, the tv on the wall! haha

Geek Squad arrived at my house and mounted my 55 inch TV. I am happy with the set up.

Very polite and careful with gloves and masks. Explained as they went. Everything worked terrific. After they left I played with the Harmony remote and found I didn't like it. Maybe with more time it will get better. The remote for the tv works great but has changed the location of previous remote. All in all the Geeks are excellent and did the store proud. I will be using them in the future.

The installers were great! They were very neat and the hidden cords make the living and bedroom areas look so much better.
