77” cx oled mount

They had an issue with my old mount and replaced for no charge. They made sure I understood how to use the tv before they left. The only grip and it’s not geek squads fault, it the TV might be too big for the mount provided. It’s leaning a bit on one side and after several adjustments it’s still not exactly perfect.

They also did some programming and gave us a lesson on how to navigate the all the functions. They were very friendly and efficient. they even put on covers over their shoes.

Geek Squad placed a new mount and TV

Geek Squad set up my tv quickly and efficiently.

Set the tv up quickly and efficently. Answered all my questions and patiently showed me how to operate the tv, remote and how to find shows and record them. They were very kind and gave me good advice.
