No issues getting them to arrange exchange since they were the only ones to handle it. No having to try and say it wasnt my fault cause i never touched it. Worth getting this service for sure.

It was great seeing two women hang it. Thankfully the crew hanging it called a few days ahead of time so I could put an outlet and run HDMI cables in the wall to keep everything hidden and they informed me of exactly where to put everything to help them out and have a nice clean look. I highly recommend the service if you’re having a large tv installed.
