I had my 65" Vizio installed on my wall with a new mount. They did a fantastic job and it looks great.

We are very happy with the service. The first TV delivered had a issue with screen. We called Geek Squad and told them about it. They set up a new appointment for the following week and delivered a second TV which we are extremely happy with. We would highly recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad

As I’ve mentioned in one of my other reviews regarding the set up, it’s a good alternative to having the cables just dangling behind the TV. However, it doesn’t completely hide away their cables as they have to come out of the wall somewhere to connect to the power outlet. I’ve had three TV set up, two of them where the cables were hidden, and one of them where the cable wasn’t hidden. Her geek squad information, the basic installation includes them neatly tying down the cables, but it’s still an eyesore for them to just dangle down the wall. The other two rooms look much better.

The television arrived on time with the installers. When they pulled the television out of the box, it had a severely cracked screen, so they put in a high priority replacement which was installed within a few days

The guys who showed up to install were very professional and courteous. After install they took the time to show me the features of the TV and how it works. My only issue was with the scheduling the first time the install was scheduled for was very poor. The first Geek Squad person was quite rude. But once escalated and the new people from Geek squad showed up they were excellent.

Our installation was perfect as usual I wouldn't go without Geek Squad.
