Best Buy is the worst delivery company on earth
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my biggest complaint is that they only brought the TV and they left my sound bar at the store and then they gave me some beer story about the sound bar being on another delivery ticket with another person. I mean this was just a simple LG sound bar it did not need a theater specialist to hook up the audio or anything like that. so I feel like they were giving me a fake story because it was never delivered by anybody that day and now I’m having so much trouble trying to get the sound bar delivered.

The only problem I had was they tried to postpone my appointment by telling me they didn’t have my tv yet. I had to make a trip to Best Buy and after talking to the manager he rectified my appointment and delivery.
