Geek Squad (Benjamin) discovered previous connection had been covered by a cabinet installation and had to make some cuts to find the cable connection to the TV. He was able to accomplish the task and we ended up with a beautiful installation. We appreciate the extra effort the squad went to make it happen and that they had all the tools necessary to successfully complete the install.

Tech’s mounted my TV securely without difficulty. Very pleased.

My agent was phenomenal! Called the night before, and then prior to arriving so I'd be available to let him in the house while working. Totally professional, great personality, cleaned up all dirt and dust, and even took the TV box away for disposal! Not much more I could've asked from the technician. THIS is why I go back to Best Buy time and again for my wall mounting work. Great job!

the person did a great job with the work but I had like a 8 hour window of when they would show up that sucked. When the person called me to confirm a time he said he was 10mins away (didn't help). When he arrived he just realized that he could mount my 75" tv by himself so he had to wait for back up. Outside of that it was good. Work was good. They cleaned and removed all trash. He even had a surge protector he sold me for my TV that I randomly needed last mine. Made up for the craziness. Over all it was good

To be transparent, service was provided by Best Buy 3rd party. I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. The "tech" was professional and suggested a couple of changes to our original installation plan, which we agreed with. We used this service for a Sony OLED TV. In-wall wiring isn't something I have for all our TVs, but for this one, it too was worth it.
