Geek Squad installer very conscientious and quick

What impressed me most is how he checked to see the TV was working after installation and noticed the TV was not working properly. Because of his willingness to ensure everything was in working order, he was able to get a new TV brought out that day and saved me the trouble of dealing with customer service.

Mounting guy came and did a good job

The man arrived on time, and respected that we were trying to avoid him due to fears about contagiousness. He was thorough, and he disclosed up front that if we had metal studs he would have to sell us a different mount due to safety concerns (the store SHOULD have told us this when we bought the tv and mount, but nonetheless).

Installed my TV with wall bracket perfectly
