Same geek squad agent did both of my tv which was great. Tv was mounted in about and hour or a little over but it it wasn’t too long. Especially with covid he made sure he had a mask on and maintained 6ft. Was worried about mounting my tv because I have upstairs neighbors that jump a lot and I assumed ny tv would fall off the wall but I have never seen the tv shake.

The guy from best buy did it so fast. This is a good program so we just wait while he does the set up.

The guys did a great job of installing my new TV and hauling away the old one. Quick service and cleaned up after. They also took the time to set my TV up and go over it's features with me.

There was an initial issue on the cost; however, they were very attentive as I explained the over a year process of correcting the installation error on the DVD players in the home. A phone was made and it was decided I was cover the cost of the material. They were very professional and the job was quality work.
