Very easy to install.it has everything you need to find the studs and make sure it's level

Austin was our technician, he called the morning of our appointment and gave us an approximate time he would be arriving and then called when he was on his way so this was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating for where we wanted the TV's installed, he was neat and everything was done perfectly.

First two installation appointments were no-call/no-shows. Third time was the charm...techs called the day before to confirm the appointment and gave a courtesy call when they were en route. Installation was handled in a courteous and professional manner, including one difficult installation above a rock fireplace. Overall quite pleased with the service.

Galo and Philip were extremely kind, friendly, and overall incredible. They really took time to make sure I was happy throughout the process. They also made sure everything was explained throughly and that all my questions were answered. They never showed any signs of being tired or agitated with any questions I gave them. The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing my new Sony 75" tv to the wall in my master bedroom. They expertly placed it exactly where I wanted it to be and hooked up all of my devices. I really appreciated all the the communication prior to and during the installation process. I would highly recommend paying for this service. It is money well spent.

The agents mounted my tv in a very quick fashion. They were able to put together my mount quickly, found the studs, talked me through where the TVs could be placed, mapped it out on the wall with tape before placing them for final approval, and instructed me on how to use the mount arms to move the tv where I wanted it. Highly recommend this service, particularly if you are total tech member.

The agent Kenny was outstanding, I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, courtesy and work product. However the services listed on the site are very misleading. I find it very doubtful that anyone settles for the basic installation that is on the website. Best Buy should be more upfront with the different options that will likely be needed.
